If the knee is painful, it must be because the hip and/or the ankle is the problem...correct ???
We do have in the health and fitness space, the habit of avoiding things that are painful.
So if someone has knee pain, they stay away from the knee and load the hip and the ankle. We work on our glutes, foot and ankle but, we avoid the knee.
Often times the knee has to be loaded, and just because it's painful doesn't mean it must be avoided.
It just means that we need to plan and have more structure behind the way we load it !
