Good feet, bad feet .

Much of how your muscles activate and deactivate when you walk is dictated by the feet -- patterning, sequencing, and timing. As your feet interact with the ground (or with the ground via your shoes), the proper amount and sequence of stresses to the ligaments of the feet helps orchestrate our movements. A foot not moving well means a body not moving well.
